Arrival and dismissal time has significantly improved due to our CHS families coming together and adhering to a faster and safer system.
Please note the following:
- Do not park in the bus parking spots or enter the bus loop earlier than 3:10 p.m. and before all busses have departed. You can arrive right at 3:10 p.m. and drive into an empty bus loop to pick up your child quickly. Our school busses are normally out of the bus loop by 3:10 p.m. at the latest.
- Please pull in emergency parking spots 18, 19, or 20 in the bus loop in the event that you have an emergency and need to pick up your child after 2:00 p.m. This ensures you are not caught in the dismissal traffic line that begins forming well prior to dismissal time.
- Please utilize the entire drop-off and pick-up area. Students may be picked up and dropped off anywhere along the sidewalk.
- Lastly, please do not have your child walk around or through our dismissal traffic line to meet you at a nearby parking lot. There are distracted drivers at dismissal that do not see your child as they walk near their vehicle.
